BUILDING AI CAPABILITIES FOR THE HR COMMUNITY IN VIETNAM

Vietnam is accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all sectors, making technology a core element in business operations. This rapid transformation requires HR professionals to make a significant shift enhancing their digital mindset, strengthening data analytics capabilities, and making data-driven decisions through digital platforms to stay ahead in the age of transformation.

In response to this urgent need, PACE Institute of Management, in collaboration with SHRM, has launched an intensive training program titled “SHRM Certified AI-HR Program”. This program empowers HR professionals in Vietnam to explore how AI is revolutionizing core HR functions including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience. The program combines SHRM’s globally recognized standards with PACE’s deep and comprehensive implementation expertise in Vietnam. It is designed to equip HR professionals with the essential capabilities to drive innovation, enhance organizational performance, and contribute to the sustainable growth of Vietnam’s HR community.

LEARNING SYSTEM

Participants will gain access to SHRM’s official online learning platform hosted on Adobe Spark. Where they can complete pre-course assignments, join learning activities, and revisit course content within 3 months after the final session.

  • Prework: SHRM will set up access to Adobe Spark for participants 1 week prior to Workshop 1, including video clips and articles for preparation.
  • Workbook: A digital copy of the workbook will be sent to the registered email of each participant 1 week before the course begins.
  • Platform: The learning platform will remain accessible for 4 months after the completion of Session 4.

LEARNING STRUCTURE

The program includes 4 live-online
sessions via Zoom, each lasting 3 hours,
delivered by international instructors certified by SHRM.

English (with real-time Vietnamese interpretation).

PROGRAM COMPLETION

Upon completing all assessments and the final project, participants will receive a SHRM Global Certificate, a Digital Badge, and earn 12 PDCs (Professional Development Credits).
