PACE Webinar: VERSATILE LEADERSHIP in a BANI World

Among the countless discussions on leadership today, Versatile Leadership has emerged as a critical focus for leaders and management experts, particularly in the volatile context of the BANI era.

In a BANI world characterized by Brittleness, Anxiety, Nonlinearity, and Incomprehensibility, every decision a leader makes becomes exponentially more complex, requiring clarity, resilience, and a profound understanding of human dynamics. In such a context, leaders must not only possess strategic vision but also demonstrate the flexibility to adapt, the depth to connect, and the insight to unlock their team’s potential.

With a mission to empower Vietnam’s business community in elevating their leadership capabilities, PACE, in collaboration with Hogan Assessments and Talent Assessments Vietnam—two globally renowned organizations in talent evaluation—is proud to present a specialized webinar: VERSATILE LEADERSHIP in a BANI World. If you are seeking a new approach to lead more effectively—not only for today but also for the future—this webinar is the perfect starting point.
