According to a survey from Anphabe on nearly 80,000 employees in Vietnam, the resignation rate in 2017 and 2018 were 19.1% and 20.5%, respectively. By 2019, this number will increase to 24%. Besides, the average time an employee works at the company is about 4 years, which is expected to continue to decrease in the coming years. This is a big challenge for Vietnamese human resource managers, especially when unemployment rate has decreased significantly that makes the expectation of an employee about his job becomes higher and higher.
